Destination Wedding in Kastelorizo island

Juliet and Xavier travelled from France for their intimate wedding in their favorite island of Kastelorizo, while promising love for a lifetime. The familiar atmosphere of the island and the unique architecture, were the perfect elements for a super timeless and romantic wedding. The couple were so excited about Kastelorizo that they managed to keep their wedding destination a complete secret to all their guests. They all traveled from their countries to Turkey and from there the couple rented luxurious Gulet boats that transferred the guests to the stunning secret destination for a day full of celebrations.

The stunning bride in her embroidered Sicilian style gown, on her way for the first look with the groom, at the picturesque port of Kastelorizo.

The symbolic wedding ceremony took place at the main square of the port in between the incredible neoclassical mansions, made the most gorgeous natural setting. The decoration of the ceremony area was filled with thoughtful details and delicate beauty. Olive branch garland and wreaths with pops of white roses decorated the church door and our bride was holding a minimalistic white bouquet.

The bride was escorted by local musicians and close friends to the wedding altar, passing through the narrow streets of the port.

The all-white palette is enhanced by the ochre of colour of the building at this island style table setting. Homemade lemonade and local wedding sweets were offered to the guests after the ceremony.

These fresh cut scented garden roses was last minute touch to the decoration that filled us with joy and a taste of nature!

A cocktail hour at Megisti hotel with a breathtaking view to the aegean sea and while the sun goes down, was the most idyllic moment of the day!

A long communal table was placed literally on a narrow street of the port right next to the water, for the wedding dinner! The lush all white florals with the touch of olive branches along with lots of candles, made this setting simple and yet elegant.

Our couple invited the whole island to attend their after party at the main square of the port. A full packed dance floor with locals and the wedding guests as well as the impressive fireworks show made this night unforgettable.
